Building Assesment

A building assessment is essential to determine what’s needed to keep your facility operational for the next 5 to 10 years. During the assessment, BJH Consulting LLC collaborates with a range of industry professionals — including HVAC, electrical, and roofing contractors, among others — to evaluate the condition of critical systems and infrastructure.

In addition to evaluating the building's functionality, we assess safety and security features to identify areas that may require upgrades or improvements. We also engage with your employees and volunteers to gather valuable input on what aspects of the building need attention.

Once we have collected all the necessary information, we present a comprehensive report and recommendations to the owner or project committee, ensuring informed decision-making for future planning.

Fundraising Campaign Management

  • Prospect Identification: Identify and cultivate prospects at individual, corporate, and foundation levels.
  • Grant Management: Collaborate with the Executive Director and volunteers to manage the grants process and identify new funding opportunities.
  • Steering Committee and Board Development: Support the identification and cultivation of steering committee and board members to ensure strong leadership and involvement.
  • Campaign Communications: Create and edit various campaign materials, including acknowledgment letters, follow-up communications, and newsletters, in collaboration with the campaign assistant.
  • Event Logistics: Devise and manage logistics for cultivation events, working with the Executive Director and campaign staff to coordinate publicity and event planning.
